Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of techsystemsltd.com, operated by Techsystems Ltd of Lahore, Pakistan. By using the website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Any project we carry out for you is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement takes precedence.

This website describes the services and software products offered by Techsystems Ltd. The information on it is provided for general guidance. It is not professional advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing on this site creates a contract between us.

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation; it does not engage our services or reserve capacity. Any timeline, price or budget range discussed before a signed agreement is indicative, and remains subject to a full scope discussion.

Please do not send confidential information through the contact form. If you need to share something sensitive before we have an agreement in place, tell us and we will put a non-disclosure agreement in place first.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or impair it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system.
• Introduce malware, or attempt any denial-of-service or similar attack.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content without our written permission.
• Use the contact form to send spam, bulk marketing or automated submissions.

The content of this website, including its text, design, layout, graphics and code, belongs to Techsystems Ltd or is used with permission. The Techsystems name and logo, and the names of our software products, are ours.

You may read, share and print pages of this site for your own reference or to evaluate working with us. You may not republish our content as your own, sell it, or use it to promote another business.

Anything you send us through this website remains yours. By sending it, you give us permission to read it, store it and use it for the purpose of responding to you and scoping the work you have described. Ownership of work we produce for a client is dealt with in the project agreement, not here.

Descriptions of our software products and past work are provided to illustrate our capability. Features change as products develop, and work carried out for one client is not a promise of the same outcome for another. Figures quoted on this site describe our record to date and are not a forecast of results for your project.

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice. We are not liable to you if the site is unavailable for any period.

This site links to third-party websites and relies on third-party services, including a geolocation provider and a font provider. We do not control those parties and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you deal with them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techsystems Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of your use of this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
